Close a document with a reason-driven accounting treatment
Closes an ISSUED document with one of three accounting treatments:
reason = matched
No journal entry. Links this document to an existing receipt or credit-note whose
ledger leg already zeroes the AR. Requires linkedDocumentId.
reason = migration_close For imported documents only (origin = IMPORT). Posts DR 3900 (התאמות יבוא) / CR AR. BLOCKED for self-issued documents that carry output VAT — issue a credit note instead.
reason = bad_debt_writeoff
Self-issued invoice, debt is uncollectable. Posts DR 5960 (חובות אבודים) / CR AR.
Output VAT on account 2200 is NOT reversed (legally correct).
Set recoverVat=true to receive the §49E (חוב אבוד) advisory message.
VAT Guard: any path that would silently remove מע"מ עסקאות is rejected.
Business API key, e.g. vuz_ab12cdef... Created via Settings → Integrations → API Keys. Unlike partner keys, a public API key's STRING does not encode its environment — isolation instead comes from a completely separate sandbox database: a key minted on the Sandbox server (above) only ever reads/writes sandbox data and can never see or affect production, regardless of what the key looks like.
