Get share history for a document

GET
/documents/{id}/share/logs

Retrieves the share history for a document, showing all email sends, WhatsApp shares, and link copies.

Response Includes:

  • Share type (email, whatsapp, link, sms)
  • Recipient information (email, phone, name)
  • Share timestamp
  • Share status (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, failed, bounced)
  • Email tracking details
  • Share link and expiration

Use Cases:

  • Display "Sent to X on date Y" in document details
  • Track email delivery status
  • View complete share history
  • Audit trail for document sharing

Authorization

X-Api-Key<token>

Business API key, e.g. vuz_ab12cdef... Created via Settings → Integrations → API Keys. Unlike partner keys, a public API key's STRING does not encode its environment — isolation instead comes from a completely separate sandbox database: a key minted on the Sandbox server (above) only ever reads/writes sandbox data and can never see or affect production, regardless of what the key looks like.
